Treatment Programs at INNH Addiction Treatment
Evidence-based programs tailored to your unique recovery journey.
Medical Detox
Our medical detoxification program provides a safe, medically supervised environment for individuals to withdraw from substances under the care of board-certified physicians and registered nurses. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our detox team monitors vital signs, manages withdrawal symptoms, and administers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate.
Detox at our facility typically lasts 3 to 7 days, depending on the substance and severity of dependence. We understand that detox can be daunting, which is why our compassionate staff ensures patients are as comfortable as possible throughout the process. Private and semi-private rooms, nutritious meals, and a calm atmosphere support physical stabilization.
Medical detox is the critical first step in recovery, but it is not a standalone treatment. Our clinical team works with each patient to develop a seamless transition plan into residential or outpatient care, ensuring continuity of care from the very beginning.
Residential Treatment
Our residential treatment program offers an immersive, structured environment where patients live at our 39-bed facility for 30 to 90 days while receiving intensive therapeutic care. This program is ideal for individuals who need a focused, distraction-free setting to build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
Residents participate in individual therapy sessions, group counseling, family therapy, psychoeducation workshops, and experiential activities. Treatment plans are personalized by our clinical team and regularly reassessed to ensure progress. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused approaches form the core of our residential curriculum.
Beyond clinical programming, residents benefit from holistic offerings including yoga, meditation, art therapy, fitness activities, and nutritional counseling. Our campus provides a supportive community where patients form meaningful bonds with peers who share similar experiences, creating a network of accountability that extends well beyond discharge.
Outpatient Program
Our outpatient programs provide flexible, structured treatment for individuals who have completed residential care or whose clinical needs allow them to live at home while attending therapy at our center. We offer both a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to accommodate varying levels of need.
PHP patients attend our facility five days per week for approximately six hours per day, receiving a level of clinical intensity comparable to residential treatment. IOP participants attend three to five sessions per week for three hours each, allowing them to maintain work, school, or family commitments while advancing their recovery.
Both outpatient tracks include individual counseling, group therapy, relapse prevention planning, life skills workshops, and family sessions. Our outpatient team collaborates closely with each patient's support network to ensure a smooth transition back into daily life, with ongoing accountability and aftercare planning built into every treatment plan.
Dual Diagnosis
Our dual diagnosis program is designed for individuals who struggle with both a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health condition such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or personality disorders. Research consistently shows that treating these conditions simultaneously produces far better outcomes than addressing them separately.
Our psychiatric team conducts comprehensive assessments to identify all co-occurring conditions, then develops an integrated treatment plan that addresses both the addiction and the mental health disorder in tandem. Medication management, individual psychotherapy, specialized group sessions, and evidence-based modalities like EMDR and DBT are core components of this program.
At our facility, dual diagnosis patients receive care from a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed therapists, and addiction counselors working in close collaboration. This coordinated approach ensures that no aspect of a patient's condition is overlooked, giving them the best possible chance at sustained recovery and mental wellness.
